Chui Lodge sits at the heart of the Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary, offering an intimate escape with just eight luxurious cottages surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. Guests can savour exceptional cuisine beneath the shade of acacia trees while watching wildlife gather at the nearby waterhole, an experience that perfectly blends comfort with the raw beauty of the bush.
The lodge was envisioned and designed by June Zwager, brought to life in collaboration with talented local artisans and the surrounding community. Constructed using sustainably sourced bush stone along with acacia, olive, and leleshwa wood from within the sanctuary, the property embodies the spirit of its environment. Handcrafted furniture, produced in the lodge’s own workshop, gives each space a distinctive artistic touch. Inside, the dining room, lounge, and bar are adorned with carved pillars, African antiques, and ochre-toned walls, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of an elegant gallery
