Upon arrival, your safari adventure truly begins with a full-day game drive through the park, famous for its giant baobab trees, vast elephant herds, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and antelope. A private picnic lunch in the bush allows you to dine surrounded by nature before continuing your exploration. In the late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Elewana Tarangire Treetops, an elevated luxury camp built among ancient trees. Today offers a deeper immersion into the landscapes and culture of Tarangire. You’ll begin with a guided bush walk, giving you the chance to experience the smaller details of the ecosystem on foot while learning about animal tracks, plants, and local ecology from expert guides. A bush breakfast follows in a scenic outdoor setting before visiting a nearby Maasai village, where you’ll gain insight into traditional customs, homes, and daily life. Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the spectacular Serengeti ecosystem. After breakfast at camp, you’ll head out for a full-day game drive across the vast plains, accompanied by expert guides who know where to find the region’s most remarkable wildlife. Depending on the season, you may witness massive herds of wildebeest and zebra moving across the savannah as part of the Great Migration, alongside predators such as lions, hyenas, and cheetahs. A picnic hamper lunch is enjoyed in the bush, allowing you to stay immersed in the safari experience throughout the day. As evening approaches, you’ll pause for sundowners in a scenic location before returning for a magical dining-under-the-stars experience at Elewana Serengeti Pioneer Camp, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

After breakfast and a final morning game drive in the Serengeti, you’ll transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Manyara Airstrip. From there, you’ll continue to Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro, an elegant Cape Dutch-style estate located near the lush highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Following lunch, the afternoon is set aside for relaxation and optional activities including a plantation coffee tour, horse riding through the countryside, traditional high tea, or a rejuvenating massage treatment. Depending on your flight time, you may have another opportunity to visit Shanga for shopping and cultural experiences.
