Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by your representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and recovering from your journey in preparation for the safari ahead.
After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your lodge for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, you will head out for your first game drive in the conservancy, where you may encounter a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, rhinos, and other plains game.
You will spend a full day in Ol Pejeta Conservancy enjoying both morning and afternoon game drives. The conservancy is renowned for its rich biodiversity and strong conservation efforts, offering excellent opportunities to see the Big Five and other wildlife in a beautiful natural setting
After breakfast, you will transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your lodge or camp for lunch and relaxation. Later in the evening, you will embark on a game drive in the reserve, experiencing the incredible wildlife and landscapes that make the Mara one of Africa’s top safari destinations.
Your day begins with an early morning game drive at sunrise—when the wildlife is most active and the light is ideal for photography. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, you’ll have the mid-morning hours to relax at leisure, perhaps enjoying the lodge’s facilities or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. Lunch is served at the lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive in a different area of the reserve, offering more opportunities to witness the diversity of wildlife. Optional activities such as a cultural village visit or a hot air balloon safari (scheduled for the following morning) can be arranged at an extra cost. The day ends with dinner and another overnight stay at the lodge.
Another day to enjoy the Mara’s extraordinary wildlife. Look for river crossings (seasonally), leopard resting in acacia trees, or elephants wandering the plains.
In the afternoon, relax at the camp or continue searching for your favorite species before ending the day with a sunset viewpoint.
After breakfast, you will take a flight back to Nairobi and be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward evening flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you will spend the night on a bed and breakfast basis
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi. Upon arrival, you will proceed by road to your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable Forest ,home to endangered mountain gorrillas .The rest of the day will be spent at leisure as you relax and settle into your lodge in the rainforest and enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by nature.
Following an early breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a briefing before beginning your gorilla trekking adventure. Accompanied by experienced guides, you will trek through the forest in search of a habituated gorilla family. Once found, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat before returning to your lodge to relax.
After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Entebbe and connect with your onward international departure. Your East African safari adventure concludes with unforgettable memories of the Masai Mara’s wildlife and Uganda’s mountain gorillas.
